Triathlon Olymic distance

- 1500m Lake Swimming.
- 40Km Bike.
- 10Km Run.

Note: This triathlon, I ran on a very bad knee! It might have been more clever not to have participated.
I did not like the event for the following reasons:

The water was so muddy that I couldn't see my own hands.
The bike course was one of the worst I have ever seen in a race, we was on big roads with lot of traffic, with a so broken down asphalt that my bike had difficult to role.
I still don't understand my position, I know of at least 3 other men in my age group there arrived after me.

Muddy water!!! At the blue exist the bottom is so soft that you will think down in mud to your knees
