- 1900 m Swimming in the bay of Marina di Campo.
- 90 Km (1500 m in accumulated ascent) along the west coast of Elba.
- 21.1 Km in and around Marina di Campo.
- Total 113 Km.
- Race Courses

A very well organized event.
The swim was in crystal clear water. The cycle course was very, very beautiful, but tough with two steep segments, you have to do two times. The part of the run course, within Marina di Campo and up along the sea side, is very nice, but the two segments inside the island are less nice.













Problems along the way

I had a very bad belly pain at the run there slowed me down to a walk.
