Strawberry Tart
Pastry dough:
- 150 g Flour
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 1/2 Egg
- 100g Butter
- 100g Sugar
- 100g Marzipan
- 1/2 Egg
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 2.5 dl Whole milk
- 1/2 letter pastry cream powder or corn flour
- 2.5 dl whipping cream

Decoration:
Knead pastry dough together and insert it in the fridge for an hour.
Filling:
Stir in butter and sugar, add marzipan and a 1/2 beaten egg.
Rull out the pastry dough and place on a greased pie dish (about 23 cm in diameter). Put the filling in and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Decoration:
Cool the tart shell and brush it with melted chocolate.
Cream:
Stir milk and pastry cream powder. Let it cold down until it has become thick. Turn the whipped cream into the cream and spread it on the tart shell.
Garnish with strawberries
